Our client is a leader in the spinal medical device space. We are looking for an energetic, experienced product marketing professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the US-based marketing team while establishing and carrying out campaigns. This is a player-coach role for an ambitious individual who will bring fresh insights and a holistic perspective.

This new role will be based out of the company’s North American headquarters in Orange County, CA and reports to the VP of Marketing. This company is known as a stable organization with great opportunities for career growth.

About You:

• Applied expertise in Downstream Marketing.
• Educational background in Marketing (or related field).
• Previous roles that involved close partnerships with Sales and other Commercial teams.
• At least 2 years of marketing management experience and ability to speak to leadership experiences.
• Digital marketing, product launch, and promotional campaign experience.
• Fast-learning self-starter! A “doer” more so than a delegator!

Desired Qualifications and Experiences

• 5+ years of industry experience in Medical Devices and/or Health Care,
• Experience with Trade Shows and Event Planning.
• Comfortable with onsite work + travel 20-30% of the time.
• Ability to discuss/advertise products with surgeons, medical experts, and hospital managers.
